has been focused on helping small businesses and individuals build their brands and help them flourish.
Shana Green is an operation professional with nearly two decades of operations and quality assurance experience in the non-profit sector. Her work has increased compliance by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality assurance checkpoints. She also has a proven track record of enhancing data collection and analysis by developing systems for reporting to improve efficiency, focus, and communication of high-level details.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Counseling from Drexel University and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, Shana is equipped with a foundation for managing projects through successful completion, streamlining workflows and processes, fostering productive collaboration, and aligning team and project goals with business strategic objectives to maximize productivity and growth.
As an Operations Manager for Legal Affairs and Risk Management of a major Human Services non-profit organization, Shana continues to effectively assess, identify, and improve the organizational needs of the programs and businesses she serves. Her responsibilities have included recruitment, onboarding, supervision of direct reports, budgetary management, compliance monitoring, data analytics, operational strategy, and project management.

Shana is passionate about evaluating business processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. She enjoys developing relationships with her clients, serving, and specializing in process improvement to increase efficiency across all business operations and procedures. She has provided administrative support to various business types, including salons, media production management businesses, a college consulting organization, consulting firms, influencers, bloggers, and other non-profits.

This leaves less than 9 hours a month to spend time on planning business development.
